CLAW: Central Logistics of Attack and Warfare. Any species welcome. This top secret facility, only known and partnering with the highest of securities such as the CIA or M16, is an agency with a task. Stop or disable any threats to civilians before they become major. Of course, this facility also toys with the very fabric of nature, and produces weapons never before seen, and sometimes developes a threat to itself, or even to the world.
CLAW's ranking system is defined by a few classes with subcategories between them. There is the head of CLAW, who is the overseer of any and all goings on. The overseer is typically chosen by both the former head and any higher up government.
Under the head are a small group of agents ranked as 'Guardians'. The Guardians of CLAW are perhaps the most unlikely of agents, but are strong and loyal to CLAW's purpose, as well as have proved themselves more worthy of the positions. They are quite literally what they are called, being those who are always there to protect and defend CLAW in any case of attack, or if all is lost, sacrifice themselves to conceal information. They are trained not to break under even the most torturous of circumstances. This does not, however, mean they cannot be broken and forced to speak the truth.
The next lowest ranks are First Class, Second Class, Third Class, Fourth Class, and finally the trainees. For the most part, Classes do not necessarily determine access to what places at what times.
All animal beings of CLAW are able to speak English, as every animal that joins is fitted with a small translator. This translator often times can also be switched to other languages by 'reading' the thoughts of the mind through electrical impulses. It would take a full scientist of CLAW to explain them to you, and then they would make even less sense, so please do not overthink the process.
